E-learning Pilot

Thank you for participating in Swing's e-learning pilot!  We will be testing the effectiveness of two Sanford Inspire Program digital learning experiences.  As a pilot participant, you will need to create a login to access the modules, complete AND pass both modules, upload both certificates of completion,  and then complete a 10-15 minute survey in order to receive your $100 bonus.

To get started, you will need to create an account on Arizona State University's on-line professional learning library.  This is totally free and takes just a minute or two.

Teachers will learn about three basic proactive classroom management strategies that help prevent minor misbehaviors. Proactive classroom management comprises several actions that can maximize learning time and student achievement by preventing misbehavior.

Giving clear directions for a task

Teachers will learn how to craft and deliver clear directions that will help minimize off-task behavior and set students up for success. The ability to give clear directions is not just related to academic success and positive classroom behavior, but issues of equity and fairness as well.

Once you've completed the training, please upload your certificate of completion for both courses.

Once we receive your certificates of completion, you will receive the post-pilot survey via email. The survey will take 10-15 minutes and is required in order to receive the bonus for participating. If you have any questions, please contact Alex at alex@swingeducation.com.
